Awesome water park & comfy beds! We spent 4 nights in a family room with a balcony and it was super clean and comfy. Kids had a blast at the water park. Breakfast was back, yay! Only bummer was the food prices were way high and the room could use some more storage. Still, lots of fun activities for the fam!

Ideal hotel, fairly clean, with courteous and honest staff in management myself. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Not to mention good wifi! Decent location for our needs, short walk to an electrical outlet and restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at Country Cascades even though it was for only one night. The staff was very friendly, the lobby and rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable... We would definitely stay again...

This place suits us perfectly! We love the indoor swimming pool, fun water slides, and the children's menu. The staff once helped me retrieve my forgotten belongings, showing their care. I highly recommend the pizza and ice cream here! Returning soon for my business trip!

Have stayed at Country Cascades several times. I enjoy being close to all the Pigeon Forge ammenities, but not staying right in the middle. The hotel is located just a block of the main drag but quiet and tranquil. I love the creek running behind the hotel and plan to stay again. 'Thanks,

Mona was outstanding at breakfast. She needed help but was able to do a great job with tons of people at the continental breakfast. She was also very helpful at the front desk. The man at check-in was also nice.
Pool was too cold indoors.
